I approve IBEX_2013_013_o0193a_v001.scr 

Ken, The transition to Housekeeping near perigee is ~58 minutes prior to
the maneuver start time, rather than the standard 1 hour + (not +/-).
This is not a big deal technically, but I am curious why the STF
generation software did not put it at 1h based on the timing in the
Forecast OEF. Where does the play come in from?
