All,
I have looked at the Orbit 198 ATS v001

IBEX_2013_059_o0198a_v001.txt

	and I approve.

No constraint violation per .ccvr file:

IBEX_2013_059_o0198a_v001.ccvr

The PL commands in the ATS v001 file match those in the STF v001

IBEX_2013_059_o0198a_v001.stf

	according to Ken's script (thanks!).

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to each other and to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re
descending times from

IBEX_2013_059_o0198a_v001.oef

Star tracker outage for 3 days and 7 hours starts after
inertial maneuver.

Moon in -LO FOV periods during second arc; ATS commands 45
minutes early start and 4 hours early end for a 17 hour period, about
normal.

Ground station contact commands match contact times and bit
rates in Contacts file

IBEX_Orbit198Contacts.txt

	for all 3 contacts.

Battery cell balancing this orbit, as is appropriate. Should
skip next orbit. Commands are more than 1 hour from anything, 1.5
hours apart, and second command is false, all appropriate.

Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 197 left us pointing in
extra safe directions for ascending and descending macros during
first half of orbit:
