 All,
     The 2 Perigee supports were nominal except for a 15 Minute data loss
 due to a router failure at USN/NMC during Auwa01 27 Dec. USN failed over
 to a new router and maestro was restarted. Data loss from 02:15 - 02:30.

 The following was completed during the perigee contacts:
 CAR 661 executed. ATS Uplink IBEX_2014_004_o0232a_v001
 SSR Dump
 FCBO dump
 Spacecraft clock reset
 master timer reset
