Guys,
   The SSR_Dump/Tracking contact for Orbit# 229 was nominal for
command/telemetry and the sun maneuver successful.
The following objectives were accomplished

1. reset_master_timer.scr
2.SSR_Dump.scr (new)
3. CAR# 660 Upload Orbit# 231 ATS
IBEX_2013_360_o0231a_v001.scr (679-789)

VC0=1913 with 0 errors
VC2=21950 with 0 errors
