[Isocops] LEOP Activity Warning for Dec 18th.

The intent of this message is to advise of an USN Launch support through our Remote Ground Stations (RGS).  This launch will affect
our USN Fuchino, Santiago, and Hawaii ground stations  station(s) and namely our ITFU01, CHSA01/03, and USHI01 antenna(s).
This LEOP is expected to begin Dec 18th,, and will continue for 40 days


Currently, the LEOP activity has not conflicted with any of the  supports already scheduled.
