Guys,
    The SSR_Dump contact for Orbit# 215 was nominal for command/telemetry
and the inertial maneuver successful.
The following objectives were accomplished:
1. reset_master_timer.scr
2. SSR_Dump.scr (new)
3. CAR# 634 Upload Orbit# 217 ATS
