All,

I've looked at the orbit 205 ATS,

IBEX_2013_125_o0205a_v002.scr,

and I approve.

There are two constraint violations in

IBEX_2013_125_o0205a_v002.ccvr

but they are related to the apogee sun pointing maneuver in orbit 204 (reason for this violation explained by Tim) and by the eclipse.

The PL commands in the v002 ATS match those in the v002 STF,

IBEX_2013_124_o0205a_v002.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF file,

IBEX_2013_125_o0205a_v002.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is a star tracker outage in arc B. It starts about 16 hours before 15 Re descending and ends about 1.5 hours after the perigee maneuver window opens (thus delaying the maneuver).

There are no moon in Lo FOV sessions.

The ground station command sequences are correct and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit205Contacts.txt

for all contacts (4).

The LE flag is set during the eclipse and the balancing command timing and states match those in the CAR,

CAR-615-EclipseCommands.doc.

The commands are offset by enough time from other commands.

The inertial precession maneuver at perigee of orbit 204 left us pointing in safe directions for orbit 205 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

Subject: [Isocops] ATS for Orbit# 205 (4 - 13 May 2013)

All,
I did receive 2 errors. The Second one was an easy one and this is
covered by the eclipse commands that we added for the medium eclipse. The
first one took a little bit time to understand. In Orbit 204 there was a
sun maneuver at Apogee. The maneuver window was from 2013-04-29T21:34:03 -
2013-04-29T22:04:05 and the sun maneuver was from 2013-04-29T21:34:03 -
2013-04-29T21:49:03. So, in the OEF file for Orbit 204 these times were
correct. Now, when the new forecast STF file was used to generate the OEF
file for Orbit 205. The maneuver window had shifted by 1 minute and 31
seconds. In the Orbit 205 OEF file I found that the sun maneuver begin was
pulled from the history. But the sun maneuver end was not and I think that
this was because of where the new maneuver window begin was placed in the
OEF file. The end time is the last time in the orbit 205 OEF file. MPS
tried to find the SunMvrEnd and it couldn't. The sun maneuver was
successful. So, I am comfortable with releasing this command load for
everyone to approve.
