All,

I've looked at the orbit 203 ATS,

IBEX_2013_105_o0203a_v001.scr,

and I approve.

There are no constraint violations in

IBEX_2013_105_o0203a_v001.ccvr.

The PL commands in the v001 ATS match those in the STF,

IBEX_2013_106_o0203a_v001.stf.

Ascending and descending command sequences are consistent with each other and 15 Re ascending, the apogee maneuver time and 15 Re descending as determined from the OEF file,

IBEX_2013_105_o0203a_v001.oef,

and as verified with ibex_orbit.

There is a star tracker outage that starts 2- days before perigee and it runs past apogee of orbit 204.

There is one moon in Lo FOV session in arc A. The ATS start time is 8+ hours after that in the OEF and the ATS end time is about 4.5 hours after that in the OEF. These differences are not unusual.

The ground station command sequences are correct and bit rates match those in the contacts file,

IBEX_Orbit203Contacts.txt

for all contacts (3).

We are doing battery cell balancing this orbit and the balancing commands are correct and offset by enough time from other commands.

The inertial maneuver at perigee of orbit 202 left us pointing in safe directions for orbit 203 arc A ascending and descending sequences:

ibex_rotate -o -u 0.915699,0.37259,0.150571 -w ibex-sun -t 2013/04:16:11:55:45

No Lo O-mode.

There is no overlap with orbit 202 commands by manual inspection or by checking at

http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi .

Command Approval Checklists are attached.
