   The perigee supports have been nominal for Command and Tlm. 
Executes CAR# 576 - Orbit# 182 ATS  IBEX_2012_280_o0182a_v001.scr 
(188-249)
SSR dump, master timer reset and set spacecraft clock.
The maneuver was nominal and we are currently in a star tracker outage 
(100%).
