Guys,
  Please review v002 of the IBEX_Lo commands for Orbit# 180. All comments/questions are required by 13 Sept 12 @2000 UTC
The ATS will be uploaded before 15_Re ascending in Orbit# 180.
 
Please note the following:
1. All Soft Constraint Violations are generated because only IBEX_Lo commands were used to generate the ATS
2. Orbit# 180 ATS with BUS, IBEX_Hi and Inertial Maneuver Commands are loaded onboard the spacecract 
3. The following commands were changed to a value of (0) as per IBEX_Lo within v002 of the IBEX_Lo STF.
   CEU_SET_PARAMETER 0, TLM_RATE_SOH_LO
    The two commands are found within the ascending IBEX_Lo sections of the ATS
