[Isocops] LEOP Activity Warning for Sept 17th.

The intent of this message is to advise of an USN Launch support through our Remote Ground Stations (RGS).  This launch will affect
our USN Hawaii and Alaksa  station(s) and namely our USHI01, USHI02 and USAK01 antenna(s). This LEOP is expected to begin
 Sept. 17th, and will continue for 6 days.


Currently, the LEOP activity has not conflicted with any of the  supports already scheduled.
