Hi Sheral, 
 
IBEX-Lo has given the thumbs-up to decrease the telemetry storage rates back to their default levels. Please create a version 2 of this ATS with the SET_PARAM SOH_LO, 2 command changed to SET_PARAM SOH_LO, 0.

    Here are the planning files and ATS for IBEX_LO Commands for Orbit# 179.
Approvals/comments are required before 7 Sept 12 @1800 UTC
The commands will be uploaded during one of the first two Orbit# 178 Perigee Contacts

Please note the following:
1. All Soft Constraint Violations are generated because only IBEX_Lo commands were used to generate the ATS
2. Orbit# 179 ATS with BUS, IBEX_Hi and Inertial Maneuver Commands are loaded onboard the spacecract
