All,
	I have looked at the Orbit 179 IBEX-Lo ATS v001

IBEX_2012_253_o0179a_Lo_Commands_v001.txt

and I approve.

	Constraint violations as expected due to absence of S/C, CEU, 
-Hi commands in this load.

	The -Lo commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001

IBEX_2012_253_o0179a_LoCommanding_v001.stf

per Ken's script (thanks!).

	Lo ascending and descending operations make sense with 
respect to existing operations and ascending/descending times from 
the files:

IBEX_2012_253_o0179a_v001.txt
IBEX_2012_253_o0179a_v001.oef

	No Moon in -LO FOV.

	No -Lo O-mode Commands.
