[Ibex Mission Operations]

We completed the on-orbit activities with uploading the ATSs and resetting
the default telemetry rates. The LUT 14 Upload was successful.

The Perigee contacts for Orbit# 183 were successful for command/telemetry
and the inertial maneuver was completed.**
