All,
I have looked at the Orbit 185 ATS v001
IBEX_2012_307_o0185a_v001.txt
and at the provisional (in case the LUT table load is not
carried out) No-Lo ATS v001
IBEX_2012_307_o0185a_NoLo_v001.txt
and the corresponding -Lo command ATS v001
IBEX_2012_307_o0185a_Lo_Commands_v001.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations per .ccvr files:
IBEX_2012_307_o0185a_NoLo_v001.ccvr
IBEX_2012_307_o0185a_v001.ccvr
-Lo-only load .ccvr
IBEX_2012_307_o0185a_Lo_Commands_v001.ccvr
has the expected violations due to lack of -Hi and CEU
commands in the -Lo alone load.
The PL commands in all three ATS files match those in the STFs
IBEX_2012_307_o0185a_v001.stf
IBEX_2012_307_o0185a_NoLo_v001.stf
IBEX_2012_307_o0185a_Lo_Commands_v001.stf
per Ken's script (thanks!).
PL ascending and descending operations (-Hi/CEU and -Lo) make
sense with respect each other and to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15
Re descending times from
IBEX_2012_307_o0185a_v001.oef
Star tracker outage during perigee starts 9 hours after
completion of inertial maneuver, no conflict.
Moon in -LO FOV during ascending arc; set-back commands are
10 hours after start of event; another Moon in -LO FOV during apogee
ends ~3 hours after -Lo ramp-up; no set-back commands present in
descending arc.
No ground station contact commands in any load. Contacts file
shows contacts at reasonable times, not during maneuvers.
Battery cell balancing this orbit. Skipped last orbit, should
do this orbit and next orbit. Commands are > 1 hour from anything,
and FALSE follows TRUE by 1.5 hours as is appropriate.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 184 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

No -Lo O-mode Commands.
No overlap to orbit 184 commands apparent by manual check;
http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi has a lot of commands interleaved
among various loads and is not usable for confirming no-overlap right
now.
Command Approval Checklists attached.
-Hi Neg collimator back to operating at nominal voltage.
