All,
I have looked at the Orbit 184 ATS v001 (No -Lo commands)

IBEX_2012_298_o0184a_v001.txt

and the corresponding -Lo command ATS v001

IBEX_2012_298_o0184a_Lo_Commands_v001.txt

and I approve.

No constraint violations per .ccvr file:

IBEX_2012_298_o0184a_v001.ccvr

	-Lo-only load .ccvr

IBEX_2012_298_o0184a_Lo_Commands_v001.ccvr

has the expected violations due to lack of -Hi and CEU
commands in the -Lo alone load.

The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF

IBEX_2012_298_o0184a_v002.stf

and the -Lo commands in the -Lo ATS v001 match the -Lo STF v001

IBEX_2012_298_o0184a_Lo_Commands_v001.stf

per Ken's script (thanks!).

PL ascending and descending operations (-Hi/CEU and -Lo) make
sense with respect each other and to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15
Re descending times from

IBEX_2012_298_o0184a_v001.oef

Star tracker outage during ascending arc science, no conflict
except may need despinning. Star tracker outage during perigee starts
8 hours after completion of inertial maneuver, no conflict.

	No Moon in -LO FOV.

No ground station contact commands in either load, to save
command space. Contacts file shows contacts (delete and add) at
reasonable times for ADD contacts, not during maneuvers.

No battery cell balancing this orbit. Did last 2 orbits,
should skip this orbit and return to do it next orbit.

Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 183 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

	No -Lo O-mode Commands.

	No overlap to orbit 183 commands apparent by manual check;
http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi has a lot of commands interleaved
among various loads and is not usable for confirming no-overlap right
now.

	Command Approval Checklists attached.

Approval for alternate command loads coming in separate email.

-Hi Neg collimator back to operating at nominal voltage.
