[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 190 APL-18 Contact Request

[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
  It seems that APL is the only ground station in view during Orbit# 190
Perigee with data rates above 64K.  I know the timing is not optimal, but
we need
to schedule a contact during Christmas to download the SSR_Data.
Let me know if you can support the time requested below.
