All,
       I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving... 
Attached are the products for Orbit 189. And, Yes!!!  It's version 2 due 
to the edits in the command load.  I've incorporated a battery balancing 
cycle in the command load post eclipse.
Below are the details.

The Eclipse times had shifted a little from Ryan's original email. Per 
Ryan's instructions the LE flag should have been set to false @03:25, But 
the eclipse now ends @03:33. I found Ryan's instructions about eclipse 
management and decided to do a battery balancing post eclipse. I decided 
to go for the standard 90 minutes vs the post 2 hours that was in the 
rules. A follow up contact is scheduled for 05:30. This contact can be 
used to verify the the LE flag has been set back to false and to dump the 
SSR.

long eclipse flag being set to TRUE
