[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 185 SSR_Dump/Tracking Contact 11 Nov 12 @ 1200 UTC

[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
  The SSR_Dump/Tracking Contact for Orbit# 185 has failed for command/data
router problems.
The command link falure occured 31 minutes into the contact. MAESTRO was
re-started and we were still unable to re-init the
command link sockets to the data routers (primary and back-up).
Data from the SSR_Dump was recorded at the ground station during this time

1. reset_master_timer.scr
2. SSR_Dump.scr (new)
3. CAR# 586 Upload Orbit# 187 ATS

VC0=1486 with 0 errors
VC2=24928 with 0 errors
