All,
I have looked at the Orbit 168 ATS v001

IBEX_2012_152_o0168a_v001.txt

and I approve.

No constraint violations per .ccvr file:

IBEX_2012_152_o0168a_v001.ccvr

The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001

IBEX_2012_152_o0168a_v001.stf

per Ken's script (thanks!).

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from

IBEX_2012_152_o0168a_v001.oef

Star tracker outages on June 6-7 during second arc and 8-9
during perigee descend do not affect maneuver windows.

Ground station contact times and rates per

IBEX_Orbit168Contacts_v001.txt

match S/C commands for all 3 contacts.

Battery cell balancing this orbit for 1.5 hours, ends with
Flag FALSE (as appropriate), and is more than an hour from anything.
Did this last orbit, should skip next orbit.

Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 167 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:
