[Isocops] Spaceweather Alert: Orange Flag

Hi All

We have just had a fairly significant event. Flux levels for > 10 MeV ions 
are now above ~200 /cm^2-s-sr and climbing. The dose rate is at ~5 rad/day 
behind thin shielding.
