All,
I have looked at the Orbit 167 ATS v001
IBEX_2012_143_o0167a_v001.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations per .ccvr file:
IBEX_2012_143_o0167a_v001.ccvr
The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001
IBEX_2012_142_o0167a_v001.stf
per Ken's script, taking into account the shorter apogee burn time.
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2012_143_o0167a_v001.oef
Star tracker outage on May 30-31 during perigee descend does
not affect perigee maneuver window.
Ground station contact times and rates per
IBEX_Orbit167Contacts_v001.txt
match S/C commands for all 3 contacts.
No battery cell balancing this orbit and none last orbit.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 166 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:
