IBEX instrument teams,
Still working; commanded and expected RED LIMITS continue on
IBEX-Hi Negative Collimator Voltage.

--------------------

For Arc 152a: Serious spin problems, first 1/3 of Arc. ACS
telemetry shows star tracker completely off-line, recovering around
midpoint of arc. As noted in previous report, IBEX-Hi Negative
Collimator Voltage is commanded to -1400V which is beyond plot RED
LIMIT of -1300V. IBEX-Hi ESA Voltage goes to zero once near beginning
and once near end of arc, consistent with O-Mode operation as
commanded. IBEX-Lo MCP Volt monitor shows 1 drop-out, near the end of
a "fuzz lull" from Day 1.5 to 3. IBEX-Lo PAC Current monitor exceeds
yellow limit for one sample during ramp-up, as it often does.
Otherwise Nominal.

For Arc 152b: No obvious spin problems. IBEX-Hi CEM Back
Count goes to twice yellow limit at end of arc, with accompanying
noise in IBEX-Hi Positive Collimator Current, IBEX-Lo TOF Positive 6V
Volt Monitor, and Positive 12 Volt CEU Switch Current. IBEX-Hi ESA
Voltage goes to zero once near beginning and once near end of arc,
consistent with O-Mode operation as commanded. IBEX-Lo MCP Volt
monitor shows 5 drop-outs, all during a "fuzz suppression" due to
IBEX-Lo PMT Voltage set-back from Day 8.3 to 9. IBEX-Lo PAC Current
monitor exceeds yellow limit for one sample during ramp-up, as it
often does. Otherwise Nominal.

For Arc 153a: Serious spin problems, first 1/3 of Arc. ACS
telemetry shows star tracker completely off-line, recovering after
midpoint of arc. As noted in previous report, IBEX-Hi Negative
Collimator Voltage is commanded to -1600V which is beyond plot RED
LIMIT of -1300V. IBEX-Hi ESA Voltage goes to zero once near
beginning, again ~10 hours later, and once near end of arc,
consistent with O-Mode operation as commanded. Temperatures look
consistent with two unscheduled contacts about Day 2
(2012/01:19:00:00). IBEX-Lo MCP Volt monitor shows 3 drop-outs,
between Day 1 and Day 2. Otherwise Nominal.

For Arc 153b: No obvious spin problems. IBEX-Hi CEM Back
Count shows lots of noise in the last half of the arc, exceeding
yellow limit for a while around day 7.7. This is reflected in IBEX-Hi
Positive Collimator Current, IBEX-Lo LV Current and Volt Monitors,
IBEX-Lo TOF Positive 6V Volt Monitor, Positive 12 Volt CEU Switch
Current, and (barely) several temperature and regulated voltage (e.g.
IBEX-Lo TOF Positive 5V) monitors. Interestingly, the IBEX-Lo MCP
Volt Monitor "fuzz" changes character during the high count period
from low baseline with high "fuzz" to a high baseline with low
"fuzz". IBEX-HI Total counts shouws very unique activity, with the _C
trace and _B trace elevated well above the _A trace and all three
consistently high for the second half of the arc. IBEX-Hi ESA Voltage
goes to zero once near beginning, again ~10 hours later, and once
near end of arc, consistent with O-Mode operation as commanded.
Otherwise Nominal.

For Arc 154a: No obvious spin problems, desipite ACS
indicating star tracker offline for most of arc. IBEX-Hi Negative
Collimator Voltage is commanded to -1600V which is beyond plot RED
LIMIT of -1300V. IBEX-Hi ESA Voltage goes to zero once near
beginning, again ~12 hours later, and once near end of arc,
consistent with O-Mode operation as commanded. IBEX-Lo MCP Volt
monitor shows 2 drop-outs, between Day 0.5 and Day 1.5. IBEX-Lo PAC
Current monitor exceeds yellow limit for one sample during ramp-up,
as it often does. An unusual "hump" appears in IBEX-Lo LV Current
Monitor, IBEX-Lo LV Volt Monitor, IBeX-Lo TOF Positive 5V Current
Monitor, IBEx-Lo TOF Positive 6V Volt Monitor (inverted), IBEX-Lo TOF
Temperature (barely), and Positive 12 Volt CEU Switch Current from
Day 1.8 to 3 or so; this appears most clearly in the IBEX-Hi Total
Counts plot, which looks much like arc 153b. Otherwise Nominal.

For Arc 154b: No obvious spin problems. IBEX-Hi ESA Voltage
goes to zero once near beginning, again ~12 hours later, and once
near end of arc, consistent with O-Mode operation as commanded.
IBEX-Lo MCP Volt monitor shows 1 drop-out, \ Day 5.5. Otherwise
Nominal.
