IBEX instrument teams,
Still working. Only about 13 orbits behind now.
--------------------
For Arc 143a: No obvious spin problems. IBEX-Lo MCP Volt
Monitor shows "Fuzz" as usual, up to day 1.9 and day 2.7-4 or so,
with the suppression coinciding with PMT voltage reduction. This fuzz
pattern is reflected in Positive 12 Volt CEU Switch Current, as
usual. IBEX-Hi ESA Voltage goes to zero momentarily just after start
and before end of orbit (possibly O-mode transition). Otherwise
Nominal.
For Arc 143b: No obvious spin problems. ESA Voltage goes to
zero momentarily just after start and before end of orbit (possibly
O-mode transition). Otherwise Nominal.
For Arc 144a: No obvious spin problems. IBEX-HI Positive
Collimator Current elevated and noisy for first .1 hour or so. ESA
Voltage goes to zero momentarily just after start and before end of
orbit (possibly O-mode transition). Otherwise Nominal.
For Arc 144b: No obvious spin problems. ESA Voltage goes to
zero momentarily just after start and before end of orbit (possibly
O-mode transition). Around Day 7.5, there is a brief surge in IBEX-HI
CEM Back Count. This is reflected in several parameters, including
IBEX-Hi Positive Collimator Current (dimly), IBEX-Lo Positive
Collimator Current, IBEX-Lo IFB Temperature (dimly), IBEX-Lo LV
Current Monitor, IBEX-Lo LV Temperature, IBEX-Lo LV Volt Monitor,
IBEX-Lo MCP Temperature, IBEX-Lo TOF Positive 5V Current Monitor,
IBEX-Lo TOF Positive 6V Volt Monitor, IBEX-Lo TOF Temperature, and
Positive 12V CEU Switch Current. Otherwise Nominal.
For Arc 145a: Serious spin problems, drifting days 2-3 and
then returning suddenly. All ACS parameters reflect problems, with
ValidFraction going toward zero during most of the bad period. Around
Day 1, there is a slight elevation of IBEx-Hi Positive Collimator
Current, accompanied by IBEX-Lo LV Current Monitor, IBEX-Lo LV Volt
Monitor, and Positive 12 Volt CEU Switch Current and a slight
reduction in IBEX-Lo TOF Positive 6V Volt Monitor. Otherwise Nominal.
For Arc 145b: No obvious spin problems. ESA Voltage goes to
zero momentarily just after start and before end of orbit (possibly
O-mode transition). Otherwise Nominal.
