[Isocops] [Ibexhi] Space Weather Conditions Green -- All Flags Lowered

Hi All

Well, we just had another major flare. This one is from the same active region 
and just shy of an X-class flare. Energetic particle fluxes remain low, but I want to 
you aware that an event may be coming.
