All,
	I have looked at the Orbit 172 ATS v002

IBEX_2012_188_o0172a_Lo_only_v002.txt
IBEX_2012_188_o0172a_No_lo_v002.txt

without -Lo commands, and the separated-out -Lo commands. Diff shows 
no difference between the combined loads and the approved v1; visual 
inspection shaws the No_lo version correct for normal operations 
leaving -Lo at standby (or safed).
	I approve upload of the No_Lo version only, until 
determination has been made whether to proceed with the Lo_only 
portion.
