status

All,
I have looked at the Orbit 172 ATS v001

IBEX_2012_188_o0172a_v001.txt

and I approve, contingent on -Lo being returned to normal operations
prior to the upload of this command load.

No constraint violations per .ccvr file:

IBEX_2012_188_o0172a_v001.ccvr

The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001

IBEX_2012_188_o0172a_v001.stf

per Ken's script (thanks!).

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect
to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from

IBEX_2012_188_o0172a_v001.oef

Star tracker outage on 7/15 delays perigee maneuver, but
still
within maneuver window.

Moon in -LO FOV Commands lag .oef times for start and
stop by
4-5 hours for a ~14 hour eclipse; this is normal.

Ground station contact times agree with times in

IBEX_Orbit172Contacts_v001.txt

                for all 3 contacts.

No battery cell balancing this orbit. Charge before long
eclipses last 2 orbits.

Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 171 left us
pointing in a
safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first half of
orbit:
