[Isocops] IBEX Orbit# 169 SSR_Dump/Tracking Contact Failed @0130 UTC

[Ibex Mission Operations]

The contact with USN/AK @ 0130 UTC was a failure for loss of telemetry
during the contact.
The contact was nominal for command/telemetry once telemetry was restored

*0135 UTC:* Loss data sockets and telemetry with USN/AK.  USN/AK attempted
to reconnect the data sockets to no avail.  I instructed USN/AK to drop all
sockets to CMD2 and the MAESTRO session was re-started.  Once the MAESTRO
session was re-started, USN/AK re-established socket connections and
telemetry was restored.  The data sockets we hung from the initial drop of
the data socket line from USN/AK.
- Data from the SSR was not loss at the ground station

- All objectives were accomplished
