[Isocops] Failed Orbit# 168 SSR_Dump Contact 8 June 12 @2215 UTC

[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
    The SSR_Dump contact with USN/AK failed for late AOS and loss of
command/telemetry during the SSR_Dump.
*USN/PR# 553*
*RAZOR# 500 *
The INP2 files didn't transfer correctly to the ground station for AOS.
They were loaded manually at the beginning of the contact
*RAZOR# 501*
The antenna tracking software crashed during the contact.  The software was
re-started and telemetry was back online


The following objectives were accomplished:
1. Reset_Master_timer.scr
2. CAR# 540 Upload Orbit# 170 ATS
IBEX_2012_170_o0170a_v002.scr(303-407)
3. Dump_SSR.scr (new)
Lost about 7 minutes of SSR data

VC0=582/1
VC2=17714/4
