Subject:        IBEX Orbit# 170 v002 ATS (18 Jun 12 - 27 Jun 12)

Guys,
  Here are the planning files and ATS for Orbit# 170.
Please respond to this email thread with comments/approvals.
All comments/approvals are due before 8 June 12 @1200 UTC.

Please note the following issues:
1. Orbit# 170 Long Eclipse: MPS Generated Eclipse Commands are DELETED
in this ATS(v002)
         #
2012-06-19T07:07:20.217Z,EclipseEntry,orbit:170,moderate:false,long:true
         #
2012-06-19T09:50:45.031Z,EclipseExit,orbit:170,moderate:false,long:true
2. Long Eclipse Flag Timing
         #
2012-06-19T07:07:20.217Z,EclipseEntry,orbit:170,moderate:false,long:true
         #
2012-06-19T09:50:45.031Z,EclipseExit,orbit:170,moderate:false,long:true
       @ECT_SetLongEclipseFlag TRUE $TIME=2012/06:19:05:37:00 (90 minutes
before start of the eclipse)
        @ECT_SetLongEclipseFlag FALSE $TIME=2012/06:19:15:07:00 (8 hrs
after the start of the sclipse)
3. ==========================
SOFT CONSTRAINT VIOLATIONS
==========================
IBX-CLC-015: Battery charge falls below minimum from 2012/06/19 09:27:20
UTC -
             2012/06/19 10:19:00 UTC. Lowest charge level is 69.177923
             watt-minutes during this interval.
## Normal ops load shed threshold is 3.6V
     When the long eclipse flag is set, the threshold is reduced to 3.1V
    If Load Shed 1 threshold is crossed, the spacecraft will enter
Contingency State.
    If Load Shed 2 threshold is crossed (lower voltages, 3.4V if long
eclipse flag is not set) the spacecraft
    will autonomously do a sun pointing maneuver to find the sun and
charge the batteries.

IBX-CLC-016: Science enable-to-spin pulse protection enable interval is
longer
             than the maximum allowed 300.000000 seconds for the times
             2012/06/19 15:17:45 UTC - 2012/06/22 16:35:14 UTC
(263848.969000
             seconds).
## The MPS Long Eclipse wrote does not include the command to enable the
spin pulse protection command. The command is
generated by the STF file.
