All,
I have looked at the Orbit 170 ATS v002
IBEX_2012_170_o0170a_v002.txt
and I xxx.
Soft constraint violations per .ccvr file:
IBEX_2012_170_o0170a_v001.ccvr
as expected. Long eclipse results in low battery SOC; Spin
pulse enable is done by STF.
The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001
IBEX_2012_170_o0170a_v001.stf
per Ken's script (thanks!).
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2012_170_o0170a_v001.oef
Star tracker outage on 6/27 delays perigee maneuver by ~2
hours, no other effect or outages.
Moon in -LO FOV Commands are concentric with .oef times and 7
to 3 hours off over a 24 hour eclipse; this is normal.
Ground station contact times agree with times in
IBEX_Orbit170Contacts_v001.txt
for all 5 contacts.
No battery cell balancing this orbit. Charge before long
eclipse should accomplish this.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 169 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

No -Lo O-mode Commands, but -Lo is doing new TOF2 commands both arcs.
No overlap to orbit 169 commands apparent by manual check or
by reference to http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi .
Command Approval Checklist attached.
-Hi Neg collimator voltage back to operating at nominal voltage.
