All,
I have looked at the Orbit 176 ATS v001 (No -Lo commands)
IBEX_2012_225_o0176a_v001.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations per .ccvr file:
IBEX_2012_225_o0176a_v001.ccvr
The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v002
IBEX_2012_225_o0176a_v002.stf
per Ken's script (thanks!).
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2012_225_o0176a_v001.oef
Star tracker outage near perigee after completion of inertial maneuver.
No Moon in -LO FOV setback and none needed.
Ground station contact times in command load match ground times in
IBEX_Orbit176Contacts_v001.txt
for all 3 contacts.
No Battery cell balancing this orbit, did that last orbit.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 175 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

No -Lo O-mode (or any) Commands. Star sensor commands coming
in a later load?
No overlap to orbit 175 commands apparent by manual check or
by reference to http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi .
Command Approval Checklist attached.
