    Here are the planning files and ATS for Orbit# 175. 
Please respond to this email thread with approvals/comments which are needed before 24 July 12 @1600 UTC
 
Note the following:
1. There are no IBEX_LO Commands within the ATS
2. Battery Balancing Commands are executing during PERIGEE
3. We will be using APL-18 for SSR_Dump and Tracking Contacts during PERIGEE
- These contacts will start at 2ksps, change downlink rate to 320ksps and then start the SSR_Dump (new)
4. The CCVR Constraint Violations are from the APL-18 SSR_Dump/Tracking Contacts
