Guys,
    Here is v002 of the ATS
I have made changes to the APL-18 Contacts
We will dump the SSR on the first contact, and cancel the remaining 
contacts because they are ascending.

- These contacts will start at 2ksps, change downlink rate to 320ksps and 
then start the SSR_Dump (new)
4. The CCVR Constraint Violations are from the APL-18 SSR_Dump/Tracking 
Contacts
