All,
I have looked at the Orbit 175 ATS v002 (No -Lo commands,
only 1 APL downlink)
IBEX_2012_216_o0175a_v001.txt
and I approve.
Constraint violations per .ccvr file:
IBEX_2012_216_o0175a_v001.ccvr
due to APL-18 contacts in v001, as expected. Version 002
removes the 2nd and 3rd contact and the constraint violation.
The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v002
IBEX_2012_216_o0175a_v002.stf
per Ken's script (thanks!).
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2012_216_o0175a_v001.oef
Star tracker outage near perigee does not affect inertial maneuver.
Moon in -LO FOV times irrelevant, since -Lo is off.
Ground station contact times in command load match ground times in
IBEX_Orbit175Contacts_v001.txt
for all 3 contacts, including the first APL contact; deletion
for the 2nd 2 have been requested.
Battery cell balancing this orbit. Commands span 1.5 hours,
are >1 hour away from anything except a star tracker outage (which is
irrelevant), and the FALSE Command is second as expected.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 174 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:
