[Isocops] IBEX ORbit# 172 Perigee SSR_Dump/Tracking Contact

[Ibex Mission Operations]

Guys,
    The SSR_Dump/Tracking Contact for Orbit# 172 was successful for
command/telemetry.
Telemetry sockets were dropped during the contact. MAESTRO was restarted
and the socket connections were re-established.
The SSR_Data was captured at the ground site.
The following objectives were accomplished
1. CAR# 557 Upload Orbit# 174 v002 ATS without IBEX_Lo Commands
IBEX_2012_207_o0174a_v002.scr (211-272)
2. Reset_Master_timer.scr
3. @FMI_SetDownlink(320ksps)
4. SSR_Dump.scr (new)


VC0= 1492 with 1 error
VC2=39173 with 0 errors
