Hi Chelle,

The car is correct. The command:

CEU_LO_TOF_CTRL                   DE_ENA,  R0_1_0_0

Is perhaps not needed because we will not get counts and therefore no DE
events. On the other end it does not hurt either.
So, I would approve for IBEX-lo.
