All was nominal on the 12:30 SOH pass. Data dumped, but it will be awhile before it is ready for viewing. Ken will keep the Lo team posted.

Hi Team,
Attached is a 'Lo to HVSTANDBY CAR' so we can follow our standard operating procedure of setting HVSTANDBY voltages in the event of a yellow OOL. Commands taken from the LoRecoveryTab.xls spreadsheet I used to create the o0172 & o0173 STFs.
One additional difference from the standard response is that I must be called as soon as the Lo yellow OOL is discovered so I can tag up with Hi and see if they would like to goto HVSTANDBY levels too. For most Lo yellow OOLs due to space weather the response is to put both sensors into HVSTANDBY. If the yellow OOL is the lowered PAC CM than this may be related to the anomaly rather than space weather, and Hi can remain on.
Please review the CAR and send comments/approval. Approval needed from Lo, Hi, CEU, ISOC, MOC.
Chelle

Hi All
An active region on west of the meridian just erupted.
This does not look like it has good magnetic connection
but stay tuned. So far we have not seen a larger response
in terms of energetic particles and conditions remain GREEN.
Cheers
Nathan
