All, 
    Attached are the planning files and ATS  for Orbit# 173.  I have attached 2 ATS files for this upcoming orbit. The version 1 is the normal ATS and the version 2 "No_Lo" have the Lo commands commented out.   
All approvals/comments are required before 05 July 12 @1800 UTC
