All,
I have looked at the Orbit 156 ATS v001
IBEX_2012_044_o0156a_v001.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations per .ccvr file:
IBEX_2012_034_o0155a_v001.ccvr
The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v002
IBEX_2012_043_o0156a_v002.stf
per Ken's script (thanks!).
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2012_044_o0156a_v001.oef
Moon in -Lo FOV occurs for the last 1 hour 20 minutes of the
first arc and for another 2 hours 20 minutes, but no -Lo setback
commands. This is probably OK, the setback commands are usually
inside the .oef prediction of Moon in FOV.
Moon in -Lo FOV during second arc is reflected by .ATS
commands; ATS lags 3 and 5 hours behind (for a 24-hour Moon-in-FOV)
.oef predictions, within normal tolerances.
Ground station contact times and rates per
IBEX_Orbit156Contacts_v001.txt
match S/C commands for all 4 contacts.
Battery cell balancing this orbit, as expected. FALSE
command is second as appropriate, duration is 1.5 hours.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 155 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit (but as usual, we have left ourselves very little
margin if the apogee maneuver does not go off; angle at apogee
contact will be 7.195 degrees):

-Lo O-mode Commands (plans 7,7,1,1 and 6,7,1,1) during first arc only.
No overlap to orbit 155 apparent by manual check; reference
to http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi doesn't show Orbit 156
commands read in yet (due to web machine disk problems?).
Command Approval Checklist attached.
O-mode checklist attached.
-Hi Neg collimator voltage back to operating at nominal voltage.
