[Isocops] IBEX Goat Herder 26 Jan 12

[Ibex Mission Operations]

We experienced two (2) CMEs within Orbit# 153.  One eruption was noticed 22
Jan 12 and the larger eruption on 23 Jan 12 @1402



The Perigee Contacts for Orbit# 153 were nominal for command/telemetry.

All inertial maneuvers and O-DODE commands executed successfully.
