Subject: [Isocops] IBEX ORbit# 155 ATS (3 Feb 12 - 13 Feb 12)

Guys,

Here are the planning files for Orbit# 155.

Please respond to this email link for all approvals/comments which are
due by 24 Jan 12 @ 1800 UTC

1. Command Load Constraint Violations:

SOFT CONSTRAINT VIOLATIONS
==========================
IBX-CLC-008: Spacecraft state is HK during interval 2012/02/04 09:15:20
UTC -
2012/02/04 09:29:06 UTC, which overlaps HVSCI payload mode
at
             2012/02/04 09:15:20 UTC - 2012/02/04 09:29:06 UTC
IBX-CLC-008: Spacecraft state is HK during interval 2012/02/04 09:29:06
UTC -
2012/02/08 10:40:48 UTC, which overlaps HVSCI payload mode
at
             2012/02/04 09:29:06 UTC - 2012/02/08 10:40:48 UTC
IBX-CLC-015: Battery charge falls below minimum from 2012/02/04 03:37:00
UTC -
2012/02/12 21:24:23 UTC. Lowest charge level is 0.000000
             watt-minutes during this interval.

* The previous command load ended after 10_re ascending because a
contact straddled the 10_re ascending mark. The contact was orginally
planned at 9_re ascending and moved closer to the mark because of the
EPH time shift.

The time start for this ATS is at 4 Feb 12 @ 0338 UTC anf the 10_re
ascending commands occur before MPS recognizes them and gives the errors
listed above.

I will change all existing contacts that are close to the 10_re mark
to stop this from happening in the future.

* The battery charge levels will remain until we find a fix in MPS 1.4
or dump the history timeline.

MPS 1.4 shows a pre-warm long eclipse heater that has been on since
Orbit# 152, but commands were not sent and the heater is not on. The
eclipse commands were sent via ABS in the command builder.

The problem is currently in review.
