All,
	Diff shows ATS v002 identical to v001 except for the 
long-eclipse flag commands, which now only run 90 minutes. I approve 
v002, still conditional on -Lo team being OK with combinations of 
simultaneous Moon in FOV, ST out, and O-mode operations.
