All,
I have looked at the Orbit 159 ATS v001
IBEX_2012_071_o0159a_v001.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations per .ccvr file:
IBEX_2012_071_o0159a_v001.ccvr
The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001
IBEX_2012_071_o0159a_v001.stf
per Ken's script (thanks!).
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2012_071_o0159a_v001.oef
Star tracker outage from the 15th at 0400 through the 15th at
1700, and from the 15th at 2300 to the 18th at 1900; sun-pointing
maneuver performed at apogee due to first outage almost completely
covering the maneuver window.
Ground station contact times and rates per
IBEX_Orbit159Contacts_v001.txt
match S/C commands for the first 3 of 4 contacts; there's a 45-minute
offset for the last, but that was corrected by the contact update
sent yesterday, so all contacts match now.
Battery cell balancing this orbit, skipped orbit before last.
1.5 hours, eclipse-flag FALSE is second command as appropriate.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 158 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

No -Lo O-mode Commands.
No overlap to orbit 158 apparent by manual check;
http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi does not have the orbit 159
commands integrated yet.
Command Approval Checklist attached.
-Hi Neg collimator voltage back to operating at nominal voltage.
