    Here are the planning files and ATS for Orbit #158
Due to Orbital ORBNET maintenance this weeked, respond to this email 
thread with comments/questions.
Approvals are due by 19 Feb @ 2100 UTC 
 
The ATS contains a Sun Maneuver at Apogee  and Battery Balancing commands 
at Perigee
