All,
I have looked at the Orbit 157 ATS v001
IBEX_2012_053_o0157a_v001.txt
and I approve.
No constraint violations per .ccvr file:
IBEX_2012_053_o0157a_v001.ccvr
The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v001
IBEX_2012_052_o0157a_v001.stf
per Ken's script (thanks!).
PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from
IBEX_2012_053_o0157a_v001.oef
Moon in -Lo FOV occurs during star tracker outage on the 24th and 25th.
Moon in -Lo FOV is reflected by .ATS commands; ATS lags 7.5
and 5.5 hours behind (for a 25-hour Moon-in-FOV) .oef predictions,
within normal tolerances.
Ground station contact times and rates per
IBEX_Orbit157Contacts_v001.txt
match S/C commands for all 4 contacts.
No battery cell balancing this orbit, did that last 2 orbits.
Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 156 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:

No -Lo O-mode Commands.
No overlap to orbit 156 apparent by manual check;
http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi doesn't have Orbit 157 integrated
yet.
Command Approval Checklist attached.
-Hi Neg collimator voltage back to operating at nominal voltage.
