All,
I have looked at the Orbit 179 ATS v001 (No -Lo commands)

IBEX_2012_253_o0179a_v001.txt

and I approve.

No constraint violations per .ccvr file:

IBEX_2012_253_o0179a_v001.ccvr

The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v002

IBEX_2012_253_o0179a_v002.stf

per Ken's script (thanks!).

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from

IBEX_2012_253_o0179a_v001.oef

Star tracker outage near perigee does occurs after inertial maneuver.

No Moon in -LO FOV. (No -Lo commands this load).

No Ground station contact commands, Contacts file shows when
blind acqs (to save command space) will take place.

Battery cell balancing this orbit; Skipped last orbit, need
to do this next orbit as well. Star tracker outage during balancing
is irrelevant; no other events within 1.5 hours.

Inertial maneuver at the end of orbit 178 left us pointing in
a safe direction for ascending and descending macros during first
half of orbit:
