All,
	I have looked at the Orbit 178 IBEX-Lo ATS v001 (No -Lo commands)

IBEX_2012_244_o0178a_Lo_Commands_v001.txt

and I approve.

	Constraint violations per .ccvr file:

IBEX_2012_244_o0178a_Lo_Commands_v001.ccvr

	as expected due to absence of S/C, CEU, -Hi commands in this load.

	The -Lo commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v002

IBEX_2012_244_o0178a_LoCommanding_v001.stf

per Ken's script (thanks!).

	Lo ascending and descending operations make sense with 
respect to existing operations and ascending/descending times from 
the files:

IBEX_2012_244_o0178a_v001.txt
IBEX_2012_244_o0178a_v001.oef

	Moon in -LO FOV during ascending and descending arcs. 
Commands are appropriate and concentric with .oef time predictions, 
inside by ~4.5 hours as usual.

	No -Lo O-mode (or any) Commands.

	NOTE: Descent takes place from Moon-in-FOV set-back condition 
at apogee.
