EVERYONE,
  Please do not schedule or adjust contacts without my knowledge.  I have
to make sure that we are outside of antenna nulls and we are within station
view times with MPS.

The contact at 0300 is only 9 minutes from the start of the view period.
Ryan, does this look well with you?  The beginning of the contact could be
sketchy.

I will make note of the new contact change time

Starting it a half hour earlier sounds great.  You are proposing 0300-0430
for the updated contact?

Assuming I am using my doy calculator correctly and we are referring to
8/24, that contact is deemed for our primary recovery activity. We do need
90-minutes for that contact.

IBEX,

I found a new conflict between the IBEX operations and the LEOP.
The contact on DOY 237 at 03:30 till 05:00 was shortened to have an end
time of 04:30
We can begin earlier if that is an option, as there is nothing scheduled
earlier on that station on DOY 237.
