...now with the checklist as well.

All,
I have looked at the Orbit 178 ATS v001 (No -Lo commands)

IBEX_2012_244_o0178a_v001.txt

and I approve.

No constraint violations per .ccvr file:

IBEX_2012_244_o0178a_v001.ccvr

The PL commands in the ATS v001 match the STF v002

IBEX_2012_244_o0178a_v002.stf

per Ken's script (thanks!).

PL ascending and descending operations make sense with
respect to 15 Re ascending, Apogee, and 15 Re descending times from

IBEX_2012_244_o0178a_v001.oef

Star tracker outage near perigee does not affect inertial maneuver.

Moon in -LO FOV; No -Lo commands this load.

No Ground station contact commands, and no Contacts file.

No Battery cell balancing this orbit; Did this O177, need to
do this next orbit.

Sun-pointing maneuver at the end of orbit 177 left us
pointing in a safe direction for ascending and descending macros
during first half of orbit:

No -Lo O-mode (or any) Commands.

No overlap to orbit 177 commands apparent by manual check or
by reference to http://ibex.unh.edu/cgi-bin/ats.cgi although -Lo star
sensor commands for o177 are intermingled with normal commands for
this orbit.

	Command Approval Checklist attached.

-Hi Neg collimator voltage back to operating at nominal voltage.
